The positioning is perfect. You are few steps away from every facility. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Instructions from the owner were clear. The cozy and Scandinavian furniture are really aesthetic.

Location in area with design shops and creative professional offices. No hotels in the area so no tourists. The main reason to book this apt is to experience the cool vibe of Sodermalm. Dress like a local and you may turn some heads. The area is busy after work and on weekends. There's even a farmer's market nearby. Pelikan restaurant and Sodra Teatern is a 5-10 min walk away. Gamla Stan, Norrmalm, Ostermalm are all within a 20-40 min. walk away. You can't go wrong with this location as it's also convenient with Medborgarplatsen station, ICA Supermarket and liquor store nearby on Folkungagatan street. The kitchen helps with eating costs definitely. If you have a lot of luggage you can book a Bolt or Uber from Central station instead of taking the subway.

The futon bed was brutal. I did not get one good night sleep. Understand the apt is mostly ikea except for a solid teak coffee table. The apt generally was not clean as my eyes were unusually red from allergies. The host mitigates housecleaning costs by asking guests to pull all bedding and take the garbage to the stinking garbage room full of flies. If you have an early flight or train I suggest you do this the night before. Essentially staying here is like house sitting for that hipster friend who's going to be out of town for a while. "Behemian" may not be the best name for a homestay charging mid prices but the location makes up for it.
