CAI extended my stay because I loved the 17th floor panoramic seaview from big windows that opened wide to allow a great breeze. The location is not a typical tourist spot but was close to all the souk shops and markets. It was also close to walk to many major sites. I appreciated the dish and laundry soap. Wifi was very good. Communication with management was very easy with quick response.

QABeds and shower are great. Inside apartment it is great. Near corniche.
There was a large amount of trash in the street and a makeshift slaughterhouse on the side of the apartment building. The smell was unbearable and could be felt inside the building. Very dirty around the area.

Its dirty, linens aren’t washed since a long time, and they are also damaged, completely uncomfortable, took long time to figure out how to turn the water heater on
