Super clean, good location and helpful owner. Could not ask for more!

We stayed in this apartments for six nights and, believe me, it was great. We felt like at home and we had everything we needed: the flat is spacious, clean, modern with a lovely view over the small harbour and very very close to the ferry port. The apartment was quiet at night and the bed was big and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was nicely appointed and everything worked perfectly (warm shower, air conditioning, wifi, etc.). Kitchen was well equipped and, since we took our provisions (and our car) from Dubrovnik we had a confortable self catering. There is a small shop with limited items just next to the entrance but, if you need more supplies you can go to Sipanska Luka (5 km.) where there’s a bigger market. Sipan is a beautiful small island with friendly locals and it’s wonderful to explore by feet or bike (or bus… a small one, of course). You can also take boats to visit the nearby islands of Lopud and Kolocep but Sipan, by herself, is so full of gorgeous places that it’ sufficient for days and days of wandering where sun and sea meets paradise! We found the island and the location both perfect and we will come back. For sure! We give 10... because it's impossible to give 20 ;-) Thank you, dear all. Hope to meet you again :-)

A stunning apartment! We stayed in the smaller apartment I believe out of the two on offer. Amazing views from the open plan kitchen dining area. Big windows that open all the way. The outdoor was separate, covered in vines and surrounded by nature with exceptional views over the little port. A small convenient store downstairs was very handy!

Me and my son had great 10 nights at the apartment. We had everything we needed, appartment was spacious, clean, modern with a lovely view over the rooftops towards the sea. Hair dryer and a laundry room came handy. The location was perfect for us, very quiet yet a short walk from the ferry port or to the beach. Sipan is a beautiful small island with friendly locals, you can explore it on foot, rent a bike or take a bus to Sipanska Luka. You can also visit nearby islands Lopud or Kolocep, it's on a ferry route to Dubrovnik. We experienced a storm when ferries don't go but got to the mainland with a private boat no problem. We would love to come back one day.

Very peaceful apartment near harbour and restaurants. Nice terrace with 100% privacy (entrance from the narrow gate outside the apartment). Good towels for swimming in the sea. Fortunately music from nearby restaurant did not reach this apartment. Excellent and quick advice and service via email.

Pillows were quite big and hard. Maybe alternative = smaller and softer pillows could be in the cupboard for guests?

Great location, very near the ferry and a short walk to the beach area, well equipped kitchen, we ate in almost every night. Dishwasher and laundry room. Quality air conditioning and a delightful terrace. I’ll be back.

Emily apartment was a dream vacation rental. The space is huge and we’ll-appointed with an amazing rooftop terrace.
