Fabulous place to stay, great location very close to amazing gardens and good links into town. The couple who own it are absolutely lovely, super helpful and provide all the information you could ever need for a great stay. Would highly recommend.

Good location. Good communication with the house owner as the old couples can speak English very well.

Nice quiet house in a practical location near Ritsurin park. Parking spot for the car and free use of a bicycle was excellent. All the information provided by the owner was very useful.

A great location right next to one of Takamatsu's landmark sights (Ritsuin Garden). Our small apartment was great for the family and had all the amenities we needed.

Lovely & very helpful owners, available if I needed anything. The apartment was perfectly clean, well equipped & quiet. Just across the road from the gardens, short walk to a supermarket, noodle restaurant, laundry & the train station.

Not many restaurants close by for dinner, but just 1 or 2 stops on the train to the eating district (also walkable). No view, otherwise perfect.

Great location and value for money. The staff are very friendly and provide lots of useful information in English.

Easy to arrive by airport bus, a few minutes from Ritsurin Koen East gate. Short walk from a local train line which took us to the centre only three stations away. Check in by the friendly owner was very smooth and the studio apartment was clean and had everything needed. Also a kitchen for simple cooking
