الشقه تقع بمنطقه قريبه من الشاطئ وخاصه the walk,, من أجمل المجمعات من مطاعم وكافيهات وقريب من المطاعم والخدمات الشقه من الداخل نظيفه 100٪ مطابقه للصور 100٪ وفيها كل ماتحتاجه من اجهزه حديثه وفرش ممتاز،، مياه قويه جدا وساخنه،، بالقرب منه مخبز خطوتين فقط دكان صاحبه شاب محترم،، امان وهادئه،، السيد هاني باسطا محترم جدا،، وااسيد فايز ملتزم جدا بالمواعيد وتقدر تثق بهم وتعتمد عليهم كل الاحترام انصح بهذا المكان بشده وكل مره بنزل اسكندريه اكيد بنزل عندهم،، السعر مقابل جوده الشقه والمعامله جدا مناسب وهو الافضل بالاسكندريه

حتى اكون صادق فقط الحي قديم ومستوى النظافه بالحى وسط،، ولكن المكان هادء وامان والناس كلها محترمين ملاحظه الي معاه سياره خاصه يوجد موقف سيارات خاص امام العماره،،

Very clean and spacious and great location and friendly staff.wifi and all amenities were available.

My only comment is the salon set in reception needs renovation as it is very uncomfortable to sit on.

The apartment was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, my only concern was the checkout time of 10:30 AM which I believe it is too early than usual. but its super recommended for Alexandria and we loved it.

"A comfortable place makes you feel like home"

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and featured a modern design that made it feel like home. It’s fully equipped with all the appliances you might need during your stay, which made everything super convenient. The parking is available in the same building which is very convient. The location is excellent — close to beach, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, and other essential services. Despite being centrally located, it’s also perfect for those who prefer a quiet and peaceful environment. A special thanks to Mr. Hany, who was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.
