Солнечный, просторный и уютный дом. Большая общая зона (партер). Удобная кровать. Много чистых и опрятных полотенец. Гостеприимный хозяин. Тихо.

Кухонные принадлежности стоило бы обновить. Если объект позиционирует себя как объект с кухней, то стоило бы хотя бы сковороду предоставить, к которой не прилипает омлет или яичница. Это сильно раздражало. Вода в душе могла бы быть чуть горячее. Паркинг узкий, но при сноровке можно вместиться.
