The room was beautiful painted and we had everything that we needed. Spacios room, with fresh oder. And the room view was astonishing l! The host is nice and welcoming, as the cleaning lady. She changed the towels and sheets once in 2 - 3 days. One of the best accommodation ever!

We had some small problems with mosquitos, so make sure to come prepared, since the balcony door doesn't have a mosquito net. We also had a little pet, a gecko, who would climb all over the walls, but we weren't really bothered by it.

Nice balcony with great view! Pleasant surroundings, calm and quiet area overlooking the Trapezaki bay. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchenette was fully equipped and modern (fridge and hot plates working really well) We also had an iron and iron board available in the room, as well as a sweeper and a hair dryer.

- The bed was really uncomfortable, unfortunately. - Not enough furniture - no shelves, nothing really to spread your things around the room, apart from some basic pieces of furniture (there was a closet though) - The lighting situation was problematic, more smaller sources of light are needed - and maybe the light bulbs of the nightstand lamps should be changed to brighter ones. - Very small shower, probably less than 1m X 1m, as a result the shower curtain would constantly stick on you. - Hot water not always available. - The outside unit of the aircon was extremely loud.

The mattress of the bigger bed in the family apartment was very old and you could feel the bedsprings. We were unable to sleep on that (normally I don’t have problems to sleep anywhere), so we slept on the small beds, where the mattress was not so old. Further, the toilet was broken, so constantly water left. Apparently the plumber came but the water was still leaving and the floor was always wet after flushing, which was a little disgusting. We were accused to have broken the toilet seat, which we did not, and we were asked to pay for that. Overall many points which influenced our vacation in not a nice way - I wouldn’t stay there again (or maybe in another apartment - maybe we were just not lucky with our apartment and the rest is fine - I cannot evaluate this)

The property was super clean and has very beautiful view. The owner is so friendly and helpful. I hope they can keep the quality that high forever. I definetely recommend this place!

The bed could be more comfortable but it wasn’t a big issue :)
