Ruhige Wohnung in zentraler Lage Tübingens

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet . Uns war auch die Nähe zur Uniklinik wichtig. Es gibt in der Nähe gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Busverbindungen. Die Vermieter waren nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Great location and lots of space and quiet.

The knives were dull.

This is a neat little apartment in itself - one can see the owners took care of arranging the place. Also, the location is really close to the Tubingen clinics (what we needed), which is why it is unbeatable in that respect.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few things we were not happy about: 1. The apt. is in the basement and there is a constant mildly damp odor. We left the fan on the entire day yet it did not go away. 2. Because of the basement position, the apt. does not have any meaningful windows. There are just two small windows opening up onto the stairs that lead to the entrance, which means no day light whatsoever. 3. Because of the apt.'s basement position, no mobile networks are accessible there. If you need to use your phone (unless it is hooked to the Wi Fi, which operates fine) then forget about it.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Sie liegt in Kliniknähe, was für mich sehr wichtig war. Die Vermieter waren trotz Urlaub per Email für mich jederzeit erreichbar, was ich ebenfalls als sehr angenehm empfand. Gerne wieder!🙂

Das Einzige was mich etwas gestört hat ist, dass man in der Wohnung sehr schlechten Handyempfang hatte und zum Telefonieren jedesmal vor die Tür gehen musste. Aber damit habe ich mich arrangiert.
