The location and view was amazing

The only thing I didn’t like was there was no under cover/ private parking for the car

It’s a large, new apartment that was very clean. The property managers were also super friendly and helpful.

While the location was close to the shops, it was TERRIBLY noisy given it was across the road from the marina and it opened onto a very busy intersection (particularly the main bedroom). It was also like daytime at night because of the massive floodlights in the marina that were on 24x7.

Very frustrating getting the keys from key safe as the instructions were not specific. There were more key safes on the pillar than stipulated.
