"L’habitació molt agradable però el personal i l’atenció deixa molt que desitjar."

Les habitacions son maravelloses tot i que per ser un hotel de “tanta qualitat” li falten serveis bàsics i comoditats bàsiques. Igualment es molt bonic, el llit molt còmode i el sopar boníssim.

No ens va rebre ningú, tot i que deien que el Check in era fins a les 22h, a les 16h ja no ens va atendre ningú. Vàrem agafar les claus per el nostre compte i ningú ens va indicar res ni ajudar amb dubtes que teníem. Molt decepcionant. El personal del restaurant no parlava gairebé anglès, la comunicació va ser molt difícil. Ens varen dir que ens farien esmorzar sense gluten i ni tan sols sabien que era el gluten (nosaltres som celíacs) i a les 8 havíem de fer el check out i ens van assegurar que tindríem l’esmorzar preparat i no va ser veritat. Ens varen donar només una amanida i res més. I només per una persona i erem dos. Molt decepcionant.

Es war ein tolles Erlebnis! Die Anlage befindet sich mitten in der Natur . Die Zimmer sind mit einem Kamin ausgestattet . Das gesamte Ambiente der Anlage ist sehr, sehr schön. Insbesondere die gute Küche - köstlich! Fangfrische Forelle und das regionale Frühstück sehr lecker und sehr hochwertig. Einzigartig! Taxi in die Innenstadt für ca 8 - 10 Euro.

I recently stayed at Toplik Village for 16 days. I HIGHLY recommend them. The villa and restaurant met all my expectations from the time I arrived to the day of my departure. The staff is professional, kind, courteous, and went over and beyond. Thanks to Jelena and Bane for the impeccable warm welcome daily. My family dinner was over the top. My compliments to the chef! I can't wait for my next visit!! Thank you all ❤️
