Restaurant and breakfast were nice. And the girl in reception did her best.

Very unprofessional. We booked a bigger room but we get a smaller one. And the only reply was …a sorry … we asked for the manager but they told us that he was not there …. And we waited a reply to our complains… no reply ! And in the breakfast we asked for a cappuccino but it was not included the price. They did not have an umbrella for us during a storm ….

Breakfast-great, staff-friendly, room clean and the views are quite charming. The stay was everything we needed as we wee just pasing by

Only minor inconvenience would be the entry way to our room (as it automatically opens from one side only) - returning back to the entrance meant we had to take a different route back which can be a tiny issue for heavy bags (as its got stairs) but otherwise honestly didn't take away from enjoying the experience at all. Very lovely place - would recommend if you have a car and would come again.

We loved everything! From beginning to end it was simply perfect. The location, the hotel itself a wonderful familybusiness and the entire team made our stay unforgettable. A special mention goes to Stefan and Jelena, such warm and welcoming people. The rooms are decorated with great attention to detail, and the food was just perfect as well. We will definitely be back!

The staff were lovely. We traveled as family of three. A four year daughter loved it. A play area for kids helped and they accommodated our needs.

I felt the toilets were a bit too small. Having said that me and my wife are quite tall.
