Unterkunft in ruhiger Wohnlage. Ringsherum aber viele Shops und Geschäfte. Bahnhof Sila AT fussläufig erreichbar. Frühstück aus Kaffee, Schokolade und Tost für alle Gäste.

Der nasse Boden nach dem Duschen. Unangenehm wenn man auf das WC muss. Ein Wasserschaber wäre ev. eine Option.

Alles sehr Sauber und gepflegt

Am morgen nach 07:00 war ständiges Glas oder Geschirr Geklimper zu hören.

Hotel great but miles from anywhere ok if you had transport

This is a total scam. Do not book this property!! The place is not a hotel or nightly rental facility. It is just a long-term apartment building, and there is no attendant after hours or on weekends. I booked a stay on Sunday night. When I arrived at 3pm that afternoon, there was no one there to check me in or give me a key. I tried to call, but my telephone e-sim wasn't working, so I messaged the property through the Booking app. I got no reply after several messages to them. Finally, I was forced to find another place to stay. I then reported this to Booking "Customer Service" and requested a cancelation with a waiver of the 50% cancelation fee. Booking replied to me that they contacted the property, who refused to waive the cancelation fee. Great, so Booking is totally shielding and cooperating with scams now. They couldn't even check my message history and see my attempts to contact the property. That is only "Customer Service" if you only consider the properties as customers. I guess we consumers just don't matter anymore. This is the second time I have had this experience with Booking. The other time was a "property" in Da Nang, Vietnam. The result was the same. I advise everyone to book directly with properties to weed out scams. I have also found that this approach is often cheaper than the Booking rate also.
