Tágas, kényelmes, hangulatos, a város szívében helyezkedik el.

Alapvetően csendes (utcafront felé jól zàródó nyílászárók), de a szembeszomszéd elég zajos volt, reggel korán már csapkodta az ajtót, egyik este a nyitott ajtóban àllva ordibált a telefonba, szerencsére abbahagyta, amikor szóltunk emiatt. A lépcsőházban a legkisebb nesz is hallatszik, többek között a kapunyitó folyamatos berregése.
