floor and bed is clean

only floor and bed is clean. 4 days 3 nights stay, lift was broken for 3 days due to heavy rain...we climbed 8 levels as daily training. the most difficult thing was when we checked out we have to move many luggages by me and my husband from 8th floors, as 6 of us which 2 are seniors, 2 are small kids. But the good thing is, owner is willing to compensate with one night free stay, i really appreciate it👍🏼

Basic required for a homestay are available & good physical controls of access to the property and the unit. The guard was friendly.

1. The unit 8-06 should be equipped with living room air conditioners. 2. The aircons at the 3 rooms should be maintained and operated as expected. 3. The ceiling fan at Room 3 should be repaired other items defeat the purpose. 4. The external airconditioners’ compressors (6 units) were installed at the unit’s balcony wall therefore make the balcony worthless for outside sitting and viewing.

Location not that far from town center and its convenient provided you have transportation. Thumbs up for the host by putting up some beverages cold and hot. Nice paddy field view from balcony. Pool so very nice, gym ok with functioning equipment. The best I guess is the view from rooftop & pool. you can see Alor Star city at night. marvelous!

It seems just a basic furnish apartment. Can be better by putting up better looking and more comfortable sofa & bed. really do not like the way they cable the TV, hanging around the ceiling spoiled the look of the apartment. walls need to touch with new paint, otherwise the look not that comforting. Kitchen top also crack near sinks due to improper material used for kitchen sink.
