The Apartment is really big lots of space

The Pool area is very tired decking and sunbeds grubby however on our last night someone was out power washing the area and replacing a few umbrellas which would have helped. I was concerned about bed bugs after reading a previous review from last year, and we did all have bites !!!!!! my husband and I both stayed in a hotel for 5 nights before meeting family at the apartment and had no bites until 2nd night in apartment, I do think this is something that need to be looked at !

Great location, smaller development, lovely pool. Comfortable, homely and clean accommodation.

It was large, clean, had everything a family would want and was extremely comfortable and had a lovely outdoor area. We loved it and would definitely go back

The apartment was noce, clean and the location was good.

The issue was noise from the drilling at a site nearby. It was horrific from 8.30am to 6.00pm. The local residents informed us that owners and residents were avoiding staying there due to noise, plus they assured us the letting agencies know about this. We found out after we arrived when we felt an advance warning should have been given. We raised this with the letting agency.and booking.com The letting agency denied knowing about the noise. However, we were told previous tennants requested to move due to the noise. Booking.com.have so far not responded. We stayed in Oct 23. Once building works are completed and you don't have to go out all day every day, it will be a lovely place to stay. 😒

very spacious flat with all the facilities and a very pleasant decoration. everything in the flat was spotless.beds and pillows were very comfortable , top quality providing a nice relaxing sleep . direct access to the pool and a beautiful garden. only a 20 mn walk to the beach . perfect spot for a family get away. we will be back for sure

bed bugs/spiders which seriously bit us, and I having to go to International Clinic in Villamoura for assessment and treatment for spider sting and prescribed Antibiotics 500mg every 6 hours for 8 days plus dressing lesions every 3rd day. this happened on the first day of holiday. Welcome pack, 2 big stings on inside of ankles and sporadically on my arms on awakening in the morning.My husband and Son got bed bug bites on their legs. My Son saw the minute black bugs at bottom of his bed. These were very sore and unsightly. We had to spray the beds for duration of the holiday and our bodies with repellent, not exactly what I expected in a 4 Star accommodation, and not healthy. The sheets on the bed in the Master Bedroom were soiled with bodily human fluids, laundered and put back into circulation and happened to be put on my bed, it felt “creepy” I have mobile photos to substantiate. All in all a bad experience not being able to do the usual holiday activities, even to go to a restaurant, because my ankles from Spider Stings were swollen and extremely sore, and was medically advised to keep legs up and rested, only to walk a little for circulation, no sun, and avoid getting water on them! I spent my time mainly on the terrace of Appartment. A very bad Holiday Experience, and I would like a response.
