Não devia ter alugado o apartamento naquele estado, quando lá chegámos não havia água, deram acesso ao apartamento todo sujo! Pior ainda quando entraram no apartamento as senhoras para o limpar com um balde de água!

Boa localização. Zona sossegada.

Clean & tidy

Building going on all around. I think we should have been made aware of this. The front of the apartment looked out onto the building site, which meant windows could not be opened. Blinds had to stay down. There was no welcome pack, we left quite a lot of items for the next guests, but I wonder if it is still there. There were no sun loungers with the property which meant had to lie on the ground by the pool. Outside table & chairs basic & uncomfortable.

Perfect location, 15 minute walk to marina, gorgeous pool, the apartment was well furnished and was very clean and stylish, pleasant to stay in, the building site across from us made zero difference to our stay! The communication from the hosts was great via WhatsApp and the pictures were very clear on how to find the keys. Would highly recommend!

The only issue was the kitchen as there was a smell from the pipes, but that was expected from other reviews. We hardly used the kitchen as we only stayed for a few days!

Nice area, very quiet and relaxing. 4 minute drive to the marina or 15 minute walk.

Common theme from your reviews kitchen smelt of drains we think it’s from the waste pipe. Washer wasn’t working didn’t bother us but was told on our night checking in that it wasn’t working but someone will come to fix it they didn’t. Maybe just buy a new washer? Felt like a bit like a lie as I have read the reviews about the washer.

Good size bedrooms, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms . Kitchen fully equipped.

We had to wait to get into the property, even know we had be told we could arrive at 14.00 (1 hour early ) leaving us outside in the sun with nowhere to sit for over an hour. We were not told beforehand that there was a building site right next to the apartments. From about 08.00 there was a huge drilling machine which continually made a hammering noise!!! There was a terrible smell of drains coming from the kitchen. This made us feel physically sick. We could not use the kitchen because the smell seemed to be comping from there. There was no information pack. We found out ourselves, it was cheaper to use Uber to get us to the Marina. We were much further out than excepted . There were, no local shops or facilities. If you were elderly or disabled it was a long walk to any amenities. There were also strips between the doors and balcony that were loose and were a trip hazard.

It's a modern house with modern bathrooms and good furniture and pleasant decoration. Good internet connection, great for working, TVs on the living room and both bedrooms. Garage spot is also available for the car.

Check-in was from 3pm but it took almost 2 hours until they gave us access to the house, having to insist after waiting 1h30 in the Marina. In the house, the kitchen is the weak point. Very few utensils making it difficult for cooking for 4 people to be an option. The dishwasher didn't work. We complained about it and they told us they would send a technician but he never came. Normally it should be a quiet area but the construction on the land next door at week days causes noise early in the morning.

The apartment is wonderfully spacious, very comfortable and on a lovely complex. Not too far to walk into Vilamoura, or to either of the beaches. Great supermarket about a 5 minutes walk away. Self check-in was straightforward. Really comfy beds, 2 bathrooms a bonus, and great to have air conditioning. Well equipped and thought out apartment.

Unfortunately, we were woken up at 8am on our first morning by a pile-driver on the neighbouring building site, which wasnt just noisy, it shook the entire building. We appreciate that this is out of the hands of FLH, but it did affect our stay as we couldn't really relax at the apartment and had to get up and out. Also, it was advertised with a washing machine and dishwasher. We established early doors that the dishwasher wasn't plumbed in, fine, we'd do the dishes, but due to the washing machine, we had only brought hand luggage and were planning on washing clothes before moving on to our next destination. Sadly, the washing machine wasn't working, either. The cleaning could also have been better, we could see dust on the floor under the beds, just by walking into the bedrooms. Has the potential to be amazing with a few tweaks, would stay here again once the building work is finished!
