STAYERS BEWARE! Please double check that you do not leave ANY valuable items behind or they will be stolen unfortunately. No effort to return them & you will be dismissed when you mention this eek. So now this stay has cost me nearly double.

The apartment was perfect for us 1 minute walk to the city centre, convenient free parking,very well equipped apartment, very comfortable beds and lots of storage.this will now be our first choice accomodation when visiting wakefield.

loved the plants and the apartment lay out. had everything we could need.

the non stick pans have been scratched to bits so didn’t want cook with them. could replace them with steel pans

"Just right for our short visit to the area"

It’s a stylish, characterful apartment in a extraordinary 19th century building. It’s very well equipped and surprisingly quiet at night. Communication from the owner was very helpful. Off road parking for the duration of our stay was a real bonus.

A minor point: access to the beds is on one side only.

"Great place to stay for a few days away, perfect for Hepworth and Yorkshire Sculpture Park."

The apartment is in a good location for city centre and walking to the Hepworth gallery. We liked the place itself, a lovely comfortable place to stay. It was clean, nicely furnished we liked the plants and artwork all very much to our taste. The bed was really comfortable and the bedding was high quality. There’s no window in the bedroom but that was fine for a couple of days. It was equipped with everything we needed. Pawel was a great host, always replied to messages quickly. The parking was a bonus, not on site but very close and felt secure. If you like art it’s great for the Hepworth, Yorkshire Sculpture Part and the Art House. About 8 miles from Leeds where we were visiting family. We would stay again.
