Everything lovely and cosy lodge and so quite.

Being all on one level as we are OAP’s. Good use of space. Though minimal by design all we needed was provided. Owner brilliant in explaining Skytv. Property only 3 years old so everything nearly new, well maintained, clean, user friendly. Weather good so heating not used but heating is there when needed. Location was also important to us.

Being unsteady on our feet we did not use the two steps to the decking. However the owner has a plan to alter this over the winter to improve access for next holiday season. No other negative comments

A lovely studio, very comfortable bed and sofa with a kitchenette well equipped to make breakfast.

We managed to set the fire alarm off by using the kettle, it could be mentioned in the handbook to move the kettle away from the plug socket to avoid this. Also we parked on the Co-op Cark park instead of the land thay was allocated which meant we could have been fined (we weren't) a sign in front of the right place to park would have been useful.

Photos are a great match, you get what you see.. it was clean , comfy. Excellent choice of teas & coffee. Shower is powerful enough.. Tv good size, wifi speed good too Lovely large window, good privacy screen too and not at all disturbed by the house .. Bed super comfy. Really pleased, I made a good choice Having your own parking space was perfect..

Ticking clock 🤦 ear plugs worked .. It's just something that I personally can't sleep with . .

for us it was practical to stay there for business, clean and spacious.

from the listing on booking.com I expected something a little more idyllic, where as the property is accessed from the Coop car park, situated in somebody's back yard and the railway runs right behind it. The inside is as shown, but lacks some atmosphere.
