"Beautiful riverview cottage"

The isolation, beautiful river view and kind hosts made this a location we will choose again. Our 2 fur babies loved the space and to run on the grass outside the cottage. Thank you Ian for offering to tow us out if we get stuck in the mud on the dirt road, the area had heavy rains and most gravel roads were floaded. See you soon🙂

"The Raging River"

Friendly efficient hosts. Amazing setting on the river. Every convenience, and comfort. Wonderful walks and cycle routes. Otters playing in front of our verandah!

"Picturesque cottage on a waterfall surrounded by the most beautiful of nature"

We loved this awesome pet friendly lodge situated in the most amazing setting. The owners went to so much extra effort for us; they even built us a fence and a gate so that I didnt need to keep my dog on a leash, that she could roam around free and gave us peace of mind. The hosts were wonderfully accommodating and their beautiful lodge is such a treat, situated above a waterfall and having the most incredible boma. I was so sad to leave, but highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back. A real gem in Winterton. Thanks Kim and family for making our stay so special.
