"Comfortable apartment with a defective water heater in their bathroom"

The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds, and locating next to the River Main offers a quiet surrounding with excellent transport connection

The water heater in the bathroom didn't heat up water automatically yet there was a sign requiring us not to change the setting on it, therefore ice cold water started running in the middle of my shower on the first day evening (it is Winter, January 2025, with below 0 degrees). The responding personnel via Booking platform was not addressing the heater issue but instead asking us our check out time on the next day morning despite we were staying for 2 nights, ended up it was only possible for the other family members to take a shower with heated up water until we reached out via phone around noon time.
