Very good location, close to the railway station where you can get to London in 50 min. The nearby Coyote bar was closed (it seems for a long time), so the apartment was quiet as well. The dedicated parking space in front of the building is a jackpot. Rosa answers everything quickly. Confortable beds, and everything was organized perfectly before the arrive.

The kitchen utensils and the dining place are rather suitable for four people.

"Nice enough, not luxury or riverside, more river view"

Wasn’t riverside or luxury as name suggests Could have been cleaner for example we found a packet of tobacco down the side of the sofa Main entrance door to building didn’t lock Limited kitchen utensils and no dishwasher Next to club so there was some loud music

Very lovely 2 bedroom flat. All essentials provided. Quiet neighbourhood and walking distance to High Street shops. Very neat and lovely decor

Nothing really. The family had a great time in Rochester. Hope to come back again .

"Enjoyed all the small details !"

I was traveling to sit an exam and had my family with me. 1- the apartment is in walking distance from chatham station and city center. 2- check-in/out process was super easy and very smooth. 3- the apartment was super clean , very relaxing ,and spacious. Carpeted bedrooms and landing area. a.Clean towels , soap , and toiletries were neatly left for us in the bedrooms. There are plenty of pillows and blankets. b.kitchen/ living area Had a coffe machine , kettle , microwave , fridge freezer , washer dryer , tv with tons of channels and a sofa bed. Kitchen was well equipped with plates mugs and cooking utensils , including some salt/pepper ,oil, coffee, tea , sugar , few pods for the coffee machine ,and many small details. C. Wifi was super fast and coverage was full strength throughout Everything looked new/ in good shape.
