Good wifi, the room has smart tv so you can watch Netflix, it is spacious, it is close to Sao Paulo’s attractions - can walk but just need to be vigilant when walking, the apartment feels safe inside as there is a reception that checks you for 24hrs when you enter the building

unfortunately, due to its location (main road) the outside is really busy even at night so if you are a light sleeper you get easily woken up by loud noises, the room also has a distinctive smell at the property but its not a big deal for us just to be aware about it
