Lugar incrível, estadia confortável, atendimento na recepção foi bom. Voltaria com certeza.

the view is good and bed was comfy

a few things to note about this property: - area is unsafe, we asked several taxi drivers and they advised not to walk at night and only take taxis, during the day it's ok but the area is visibly rough... - customer service of this hotel is appalling and rude: when we raised the issue of the non-existing washing machine (advertised as available in the apartment, which is why we paid extra to book this apartment specifically) and sent them a screenshot of this, they denied that the advertisement is theirs. we sent them a few screenshots showing it was clearly advertised as such on booking.com. in response to this, they said 'give me one minute' and then in blunt terms: 'there is no washing machine in the apartment'. There was no apology or anything - hey, a bit of niceness (or at least accepting that the apartment description is wrong...) could have gone a long way! - customer service said the cleaner was coming at 11. on our reservation it said checkout was 12, so we flagged this and asked if we could stay 2 hours extra since our flight was in the evening (they said no and that they "are already extending departure until 12pm" - again here, no courtesy, and no possibility to leave luggage in the building, only at their 'office' which is a taxi ride away with limited opening hours (at this point we did not 'trust' and felt that they were pissed with us!) - internet not strong enough for video calls and when you have a shower the entire electricity cuts and you have to wait a couple of minutes for it all to start again - apartment is in a 'shopping street' building, entrance feels strange, and when we were there one elevator was broken so it took a while to go up and down - booking also states that there is a 'dining area' this is also a misrepresentation in our view-there is a kitchen counter but the chairs are small, wooden and with an awkwardly straight back (see photo).

book the CITY APARTMENT firstly when i check in , the room was not clean everything is not clean DIRTY secondly it has a very unique bathroom , you need to climb in from a sliding mirror in order for you to bath

The room is ok But you need to be prepare the exterior of the place for bag packer on budget or you wish to have a really experience of brazil local people this is a good place

I love the location of the place. I was able to get around very well and do some sightseeing.

There was nothing I did not like about my stay on my visit.
