"Einfache für Kurzausflug zentral gelegene Unterkunft"

Küche bietet alles was man braucht.Die Größe der Wohnung.Betten gemütlich.Das Ein- und Auschecken unkompliziert. Die zentrale Lage super.

Für vier Personen gebucht,aber für die vierte Person mussten wir selbst Bettzeug aus den Schrank nehmen, sowie selbst beziehen. Das verlegte Kabel für Netflix bitte mal ordentlich nacharbeiten. Bademantel zb nicht wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden.

Der Briefkasten für Hinterlegung Formulare und Rückgabe Schlüssel dringend erneuern ,Nr.41 offen und Nr.42 zugeklebt.

Great location next to the supermarket, lovely sunny balcony. Kitchen was really handy and pretty well equipped.

Strong smoking smell. Cracked chair seat on the balcony.

"Very clean and sunny. Good communication. Close to supermarket."

Very clean and fresh including bedding. Everything worked well and communication was good. Supermarket just 100 metres away. Ten minute walk to the spa complex. Great walks in the woods too.

"Bereits zum 2. Mal da - sehr schöner Aufenthalt"

-gute Lage: neben der Bushaltestelle der Linie 94 (Haltestelle "Einkaufsmarkt") - man kommt sehr gut vom Bahnhof Bad Elster oder Bahnhof Adorf mit der 94 direkt zum Apartment -Edeka direkt neben dem Apartment -Zum Albertbad/Kurpark/Albert Theater/Kurhaus/Marienquelle sind es hin zu ca. 10 min Fussweg (bergrunter), und zurück ca. 15 min Fussweg (bergauf) -Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Apartment aus auf einen bewaldeten Berg (wir hatten Apartment 40) -Sehr gute Ausstattung: Spülmaschine, viel Geschirr/Besteck/Kochutensilien, kleiner Kühlschrank, 1 Herdplatte. Badewanne. TV mit vielen Programmen und Netflix -Sehr gutes Internet -großer Balkon mit Wäscheständer, Liege und Sitzgelegenheiten -Apartment bestand aus 2 separaten Zimmern mit 1 Tür. Im 1. Zimmer Küchennische, Doppelbett. Im 2. Zimmer Einzelbett und Babybett. -Sehr freundliche, schnell reagierende Gastgeber

Es war alles gut. Zu erwähnen wäre nur: Unser Apartment (Nr. 40) war im 4. Stock. Da muss man schon gut zu Fuss sein. (Was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir schon 1 Mal in diesem Apartment waren und wussten, dass mehrere Treppen zu besteigen sind)

Balkon, guter Blick Sonst alles da.was man brauch

Mülltonnen/Müll unten direkt vorm Eingang, wirkt sehr schäbig Treppenhaus sehr renovierungsbedürftig Bad etwas sehr klein

die Lage

altes Mobiliar, zerrissene Gardinen welche teilweise nicht richtig aufgehangen waren, unmöglicher Frittengeruch über den Abzug im Bad welcher sich in der ganzen Wohnung verteilt hat
