Luca's studio 3 ,Close to Therme Bucharest, Airport Otopeni

This is our second stay at the Luca's studio 3. We've been here a few years ago at the same time - 8-9th March and I will happily return, so highly recommended. The place is very spacious, fully equipped with everything needed, perfectly clean, and warm during the winter. The host is welcoming. The parking is very convenient and free, so we left our car there. It is less than 20 min walking distance to Therme. Nearby are several supermarkets (Kaufland, Mega Image) and a retail park accross the main road.

The check in was very easy. We landed late and the key was inside the room. The room was as described, we expected no kitchen but there was a comfy table with a small fridge and a kettle that came in handy. One of the shops is 2 mins away with limited availability and around 15/20 mins walk away you have Lidl, Kaufland, Carrefour and 24/7 shop (you have to walk next to a very big road on a small sidewalk). Enough hot water and heating, we were given no remote for the AC but it was not needed as they provided a small heater as well. WiFi connection mostly good and stable at night.

We chose a spot close to Therme, technically walking distance, but we ended up taking the bus or taxi because on the way it was full of roaming dogs barking at you (we spotted easily over 5 dogs the first morning ). I assume some dogs left untied in front of houses and some packs of homeless dogs that were barking at each other and at us. We are from Bulgaria so we are used to seeing this but it just didn't feel safe in the snow and darkness in February to walk through possibly aggressive dogs. Not the host's fault just something to be aware of if booking in the winter.

Location was great. Very quiet. I was going to Therme and could have easily walked if there hadnt been so much snow! The bed was firm, which i like, very comfy. And so great to have a bath, not just a shower. It was very clean also. Host was lovely.

I would have liked the fridge to have been plugged in. And just a plate, bowl, knife, fork and spoon would have been super useful. I know theres no kitchen but i had to have my breakfast there as i wake up at 5, so those items would have been fantastic

La posición es excelente, esta cerca de un super mercado y también de un centro comercial. En 5 km del aeropuerto y tiene para estacionar. Se puede ir a Bucaresti sea en Uber o en bus.

No tener interacción con lo staff, me hubiese gustado interactuar y saludar al despedir. Pero la estructura está bien así. Es su concepto. Bien conservada y limpia. Excelente.

So convenient for Therme. Great value for money. Excellent restaurant & good sized Mega Image Supermarket 2 mins away. 10 minute taxi from the airport.

Nothing

Hotel in una posizione comoda per chi come noi vuole soltanto visitare le terme, ci si può arrivare tranquillamente a piedi. Per andare in centro ci si mette un ora e devi cambiare due autobus. Ce un ristorante a cento metri dove si mangia Stra bene. Camera calda, proprietario gentile.

Purtroppo le pareti sono fatte di cartapesta, praticamente si sente tutto, gente che russa, gente che parla, gente che ansima eccetera

Stanza nuova e pulita. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione strategica per raggiungere le terme.
