Old Cozy Wood House

1. Cannot get door keys and the owner did not mention it clearly. We had to wait under -5 degree Celsius for over 30 minutes and fetch another tenants to help us get the key. 2. Remote location, no busses could reach there. 3. Main door and two room doors (one to the kitchen and another to the living room) cannot be locked, posing security threat. When mentioning this problem to the owner, he mentioned it was Finnish custom not to lock the door. 4. Cannot use heater for bath under -5 degree Celsius. 5. Kitchen ovens were in bad state, unusable. Water from sink leaked to the floor. Plug boards were on the floor, which poses electricity threat. 6. Bunk bed in the bedroom was only about 120cm tall, me with 175cm height needed to bend my waist to get inside the bed. I even hit my head when attempting to get out of the bed. 7. No hairdryer provided.

La casa era terribilmente sporca, la caldaia si è bloccata e siamo rimasti al freddo (tengo a precisare che fuori c'erano -29). Il proprietario ha concesso alle persone di venire in casa per lavarsi e ci sono arrivati in casa a mezzanotte..... E mi fermo qui

Definitely uncleaned. They said they remodeled at the beginning of 2024, but I think nothing different. I understand you want to make money for empty periods, but at least you have to clean it. I didn't take another photo, but through this photo, people who consider to stay, please think again. And I called house owner about this. And he said, " Could you put the pot in the outside?"... WTF? I paid and now, I have to clean it 🤣🤣 What a ridiculous 🙄 plus all room filled by personal items. Including kitchen.(refrigerator, etc) Plus, I booked 2 days and after 1 day, the lady told me we have to go out because it's over check out time🤣🤣 I want to discuss the problem with the owner about what time the checkout time is. Because on the site, until 3 p.m., I can still use the room. But it was only 12 pm. Later, he told me. He will check the next guest check-in time, and he will tell me what time to check out. I'm really do not recommend booking this house.

La ubicación en el bosque y que nos proporcionaran una sauna (aunque está hecha un desastre, como el resto de la casa).

Todo lo demás. La higiene en este alojamiento es inexistente, todo está muy sucio y abandonado y las dependencias no son privadas (a pesar de que se ofertan así).

It was a very interesting local experience. I have been with the family and I am a multiple sclerosis pacient. The house is exactly as described. The host was very helpful and there is a very social environment. The kids loved the open fire in the salon and the various games like darts or chase. My daughter was playing the piano and ukulele. The view is breath-taking and in the house is very warm and cosy. We ve been between Christmas and New Year and the price was 90% cheaper than the hotels. So very good price/quality value.

non mais sérieusement … c’est se moquer ouvertement des gens … arrêtez le massacre … cuisine insalubre … impossible de faire à manger. Un fourneau pour la cuisine inutilisable et non branché au conduit …… 13 degrés dans la maison … une chambre avec des armoires penchées des portes qui ferment pas des vis pas vissées au lit. une douche au sous sol ou il fait -10… des affaires sales du proprio qui traînent … une douche comme un tuyau d’arrosage … non mais vous êtes sérieux … je découvre un autre locataire à l’étage … qui doit faire à manger avec un réchaud de camping … et partager la douche avec notre appartement … limite on doit faire un planning de douche… inacceptable… et je mets 1 car je ne peut pas mettre 0… jamais vu ça de ma vie et booking non plus … fuyez
