Satu was very friendly giving us before our arrival all the information which we needed for a easy self check in, as well as for the entire period of our stay there. The apartment was nice, cozy, clean and very close to the city center. Bus stop to Santa Claus Village 🎅 are within short walking distance and a few minutes away from the apartment are restaurants and shopping centre.

The apartment was spotless clean, very close to restaurants, shops and bus stop right across the road taking you straight to Santa Claus Village. The Hosts were on hand at any time to answer questions and offered lots of information on activities and local restaurants

Nothing it was perfect

The host has exceptional communication, both in providing us with all necessary information and being generally very helpful. Our apartment was beautifully prepared from cleanliness to the last finishing touches with mood-lighting and electronic candles. We really appreciated the wide variety of kitchen appliances and the shelves stocked with coffee, tea, fruit, honey and everything you might need. The location and view is exceptionally good. Location was quiet despite being just few metres from the city centre. Transport between the Airport or the Santa Clause Village is easy and you'll have multiple options. The place and the hosts added a lot of bonus to our early December stay. Can't say enough nice things :)

The room got quite cold at night even with a higher thermometer setting. This is very much natural for a December visit to Rovaniemi and something everyone should expect from any room here, so this is a very-very tiny and understandable negative.
