Preis Leistung stimmt leider gar nicht

Die Wohnung war eiskalt als wir am 30.12. anreisten, Heizkörper auf 1 gestellt. Erste Nacht mit Socken geschlafen. Kaffeemaschine kaputt, Kühlschrank schließt nicht richtig, Badewannenstöpsel gibt es nicht. Das Spa vom Preußenhof kann unentgeltlich mitgenutzt werden. Leider waren nicht alle Saunen an und das Wasser im Becken war zu kalt im zu schwimmen.
