The property was absolutely spotless, modern, in great location. It had all the initial supplies we needed to settle in and even had a bottle of liquor and a box of local candy waiting for us, not to even mention a bubble bath soap that our child absolutely loved. It is centrally located and takes only 5 min walking to the Kastel, the Main Street, the Orthodox Church and the Mosque. Communication with the host was very easy! She was very helpful and flexible with immediate response time to any of the questions we had. Check in and check out were very easy as well. Definitely recommend the apartment to anyone who decides to visit Banja Luka.

Even though our stay wasn't the best, due to bad weather and my husband falling sick to the stomach, the apartment made the stay worthwhile. So it was great to stay in the comfort of the apartment. We were able to comfortably cook some lean food for my partner and always have hot tea on the side. Fully equipped kitchen. Bed and sofa were super comfy. Shower had good water pressure and hot water. TV has english-speaking channels. Our host was super helpful and available too.

Way to the airport: we went there and back by taxi. It's quite expensive. Especially considering that the cost of living and all prices are half of what we pay back home - and the taxi was the same price of what we would have paid back home. If you find a way to avoid this, I would recommend.
