Gera vieta, kambaryje buvo viskas, ko reikia trumpai viešnagei. Švaru. Puiki vieta automobiliui.

Apartamentai ketvirtame aukšte, patekti galima tik laiptais. Rūsyje yra naktinis klubas, gal kam tai privalumas, bet mums tai buvo vienas pagrindinių trūkumų, nes muzika girdisi iki 6 val. ryto. Taip pat triukšmas nuo gatvės.
