"very bad experience，the manager has a terribe attitude"

Very bad experience. The manager changed my room to a cheaper one without asking me — no options, no discussion. I paid for a room with a terrace and sofa, but got one without either. I asked for a refund of the difference but got no reply. The room is far from everything — no supermarket, no restaurants nearby. No heating either, very cold at night. Very disappointing service.
