- der Kühlschrank ist sehr alt und ist in der Nacht permanent angesprungen, für den Schlaf nicht geeignet - kein ausreichender Stauraum für Anziehsachen und Ablage im Bad - Lautstärke der über unserer Wohnung befindlichen Parteien die in der Wohnung nachts Möbelrücken betrieben haben

Bardzo miła i pomocna włascicielka Romana, z którą mielismy dobry kontakt, apartament był wygodny, wysprzątany, pościel i ręczniki czyste, widok na jezioro Como, okolica jest bardzo spokojna, można spać orzy otwartm balkonie, słychać tylko ptaszki rano, nawet jezioro jest spokojne, bardzo przyjemny pobyt.

Balkonik jest naprawdę mały ale polubiliśmy go za piekny widok i ciszę.

My mother wanted to visit Lake Como for a long long time. Finally, after their retirement this June my parents managed to go on this trip from Hungary once I helped them book this place. The location is perfect: not only near the beach, but also with its own parking place which is a luxury in this area. Despite booking in the last minute in August, the price is very reasonable. The communication with the kind owner was fluid, the instructions about finding the place very clear and helpful. My parents had a great time, highly recommended!

These are by no means negative, just minor suggestions about possible improvements at this really nice place: a microwave oven would be a nice addition to the amenities (it is lack was clearly documented when booking so there was no surprise) and maybe mosquito nets on the windows.

The view was amazing and the apartment was lovely, was very clean and had everything we needed and a very comfortable bed. Also the free parking was a real bonus. We loved Acquaseria, it was quieter than some of the other the local villages which suited us but did have two bars, two shops and two very good restaurants that we ate in.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Romana's place, in particular the incredible view from the balcony as well as the location very close to the lake + a small beach. The communication with Romana was super fast and friendly whenever we had questions in advance or during our stay. A big plus for us was the garage which is included. The interior of the flat was also very nice and there was nothing missing which we could have needed (pots, coffee machine, etc.). Finally, we would also like to highlight the cleanliness, as there was nothing at all which did not seem properly cleaned. We would not hesitate booking this accommodation again.

A minor issue we had during the first night were some loud neighbours partying throughout the night. Since the second bed is in the entryway and the walls are quite thin (as is very common in Italy), you could e.g. hear what people were saying when they walked past. There were people partying somewhere in the apartment complex which could be heard every now and then from within the apartment. We didn't mind, however, if you are a very light sleeper, you may want to keep this in mind.
