The check in process was like going into War Zone. NOT recommended if want a hassle free check in process. Check in around 7.30pm and dark. Cannot see all the Signboard and landmark to take key from office. video given no voice/clear instructions and taken during day time. Block C (where we stay) is at 1st entrance. Ask guard say park somewhere and wait. But nobody come attend ask. The "P3" parking entrance was at 2nd entrance. (found when i check out). If miss, have to go out 1 big round and come in again. Call property owner/agent, NOBODY ANSWER. I was hoping someone can wait at a designated place and tell us next action like I checked in Berjaya Times Square. At here, i parked at block C but have to go UG of block B/A to find office and sweating like hell. Hope owner improve to have big clear bright signboard to find office location easier. The best is have a dedicated parking space showing “SmartHome” then we can park there and proceed next action. I not sure others. may be i am stupid, only managed to find office after running crazy around 30 mins.

Hair Dryer is FANTASTIC. 5 Stars. Room Air Con needs checking (not powerful enough). Luckily no bed bug. Cleaning fee (RM40 to 60/day) and Property Service Charge (10 to 16%) or City Tax RM10 is another NO GOOD. Should show instantly at main page to let travelers decide before go into details. So many properties out there, want us go deeper inside then found out it is dearer than what we saw initially? No time for that. To us, those are considered hidden cost. One good thing is i get FULL amount refund when i cancelled 1st booking including the 1% DCC charge after verifying with owner.

The room was nice. The facilities are all okay. Near to the central i city. Near to uitm.

The toilet was ok. Maybe need some improvement on stuff provided. Some hometstay provide tootbrush and toothpaste. And for improvement please put some air freshener in the bathroom.

Clean & nice place to stay. Near shopping mall & easy to access to attractive park

Location: awesome. Verrryyy easily accessible.. Clear instructions on how to collect keys. And where to park so that U park closest to Ur elevator. Clean room. Beautiful views. Excellent.

The key was a bit difficult to put in. U HV to jiggle it a little.
