perfect location for our visit to Ponds Forge, and the host Sam was very accommodating

a 2nd set of keys would have been useful as our group were entering and leaving the property at different times of day throughout our visit

The apartment was a good size and beds where comfortable. The location was great for what we needed.

Apartment is slightly run down and needs a refresh in a few areas. The kettle wasn't working either. I also thought being charged extra for parking was a bit much when it's clearly in with the apartment and we didn't realise there is an NCP car park opposite which is cheaper than what we paid!

It was just what we wanted, spacious good location, easy access to the apartments, had a query got intouch with Sam & and she replied within seconds really impressed.

Was a small thing not enough toilet rolls that's all I can think of really
