1 BHK Luxury Beachside Homestay in South Goa

The place was kept clean. The kitchen and the utensils were all kept clean. Even the bathroom, the rooms and the entire property was kept neat and clean. We had a lovely time visiting Goa and staying at your property

Nothing as such. To get the groceries we need to travel about a 2 km. That wasn't an issue as there is an arrangement of a cab or some transportation which is available on request.

The gardens and the peace of the place

It is a challenge to get to the beach. In a quiet location.

The apartment was set in a quiet location in beautiful gardens with a fabulous swimming pool. The apartment was clean, spacious and well set out. Most notably, it had a fantastic shower in a closed off area of the bathroom so that the bathroom floor wasn’t getting constantly wet as was the case with most of the places we stayed in. Outside the apartment was a lovely terrace with comfy chairs. There was also a washing machine, iron and hairdryer for us to use.

A bit of a walk to get anywhere. No shops or restaurants close by and no tuk tuks to get around in. You really need a scooter or your own transport to get around easily.

The place is quiet, serene with a well maintained shared courtyard. Its located within a gated community, so safe and secluded with the beach only a 10 min drive away.

Nothing that i can think of.

Great location at a walkable distance from the beach and quality of the rooms and in house facilities were good. This property has a garden facing balcony on ground floor. A nice spot to relax and chill with your drink while enjoying the sound of sea waves and the winds and watching the clouds race in the sky.

Access to the pool without time restrictions would have made the experience even better. This is not a sea facing or pool facing property.

Very spacious and clean apartments, there is everything for a comfortable stay and even more. A very cozy guarded complex with a swimming pool and a green area where you can even see a peacock. Soft and huge bed, shower and bath, drinking water filter, kitchen utensils, washing machine, large sofa to relax with friends, terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. The best apartment complex nearby (walked around a lot). The nearby beaches are simply magical, especially at sunset. Safe area, even in the evening it is not scary to walk alone in the neighborhood outside the complex. The owner is very kind, ready to help with any question.

I like to walk to the beach, the location is not the most convenient for this, be sure to take a bike or car, then everything is wonderful and the nearest beach is 5 minutes.
