Quiet and peaceful place which makes you feel at home. The basic expectations like being clean and etc. is already fine. Having a fresh grinded coffee was a luxury ;) Of course, filter coffee machine is already there. There were also books, box games. Almost every single detail is cared in the way that makes you feel at home.

Only I could suggest putting the check-out instructions (garbage etc.) explicitly somewhere else to make it more visible instead of keeping them in a folder.
