Amazing cottage,great location. Really quiet so had a great sleep. Host was super nice and helpful.

"Fabulous apartment"

What a fabulous find!! The photos really don't do Cringle Cottage justice!! We travelled as a party of two adults and three teenaged children looking for a break away not too far from home. Stokesley is a lovely little market town with a choice of restaurants, pubs and shops, and perfectly situated to explore the local area. The cottage is located above a shoe shop on the high street accessed via a little lane at the side. Don't let the fact it is on the high street put you off - we weren't troubled at all by any noise from outside, it was bery quiet. Free parking in the main carpark outside with plenty of spaces. We were impressed the second we set eyes on the place. The entrance hall led upstairs to the first floor where the open plan living/dining/kitchen area, family bathroom and double bedroom were situated. A further flight of stairs led to another bedroom which held a double and single bed. Clean, warm and beautifully furnished. Comfortable beds ensured we all had a good night's sleep. Well equipped with all of the cutlery, crockery, cook and glassware you could need and Rosie provided a well stocked tea/coffee tray, milk, fresh bread, butter and cereal for our stay. Lots of information was provided about the local area and the apartment (wifi code, how to use heating system etc). Once we had made our booking Rosie made the check-in process a smooth one - even texting us to let us know when the apartment was ready for us as she knew we were in the area earlier than the stated check in time. Cherry Hill Garden centre nearby offers delicious home-made cakes in their cafe!!
