W ofercie jest bezpłatny parking a tak nie jest bo są tam płatne strefy parkowania od 9-17 a za darmo to gdzieś w podwórku tylko zaparkowanie jest tam niemożliwe. Jeden nóż brak zmywaczka do naczyń, prysznic trudny w obsłudze i żyrandol w łazience.Takie niedociągnięcia.

Booking this apartment was a fast. The apartment was decently clean, which is always a relief when traveling. It wasn't spotless, but it was certainly acceptable. Additionally, its location was a plus, being conveniently situated near the city center. This made exploring the area and accessing amenities incredibly convenient. Overall, while there were no extraordinary features, the apartment served its purpose well for a comfortable stay.

Booking this apartment turned out to be quite an ordeal. First off, the key pickup was a nightmare – located on the opposite side of the city, requiring a 20-minute taxi ride each way. This process consumed a good hour of valuable time. Despite being advertised, the WiFi was non-existent, and attempts to address this with the host fell on deaf ears. The walls were so thin that it felt like I was sharing the space with my neighbors. Moreover, there were no extra amenities to speak of, and the absence of a climate control system made for uncomfortable night. Communication with the hosts was difficult due to their lack of English proficiency and basic courtesy. To top it off, I even had to go out of my way to fetch extra bedsheets. Overall, the experience left much to be desired, with the inconveniences overshadowing any potential positives.

a pleasant stopover. quiet surroundings. the apartment has a large balcony. everything you need is available in the surrounding area. the city is lovely.

Smell in the apartment was awful and host didn’t help about that.

The balcony and the shower-the rest was disgusting, ripped, old stained and dirty

Almost everything! The receptionist-think she was from Belarus was rude and had zero customer service Once checked in to the apartment we noticed the problem with the key, tricky to close and lock the door, then the bathroom was dirty with broken toilet seat and ripped bath towel, light missing -literally whole in the ceiling following to the living room/ kitchen, sofa was in terrible stage, ripped stained and smelly, the curtains looked old and like they haven’t been washed for a long time , the TV remote control didn’t work in the bedroom we only had two towels left for two people, very unhygienic!!! the pillow covers had holes, there was only two flat pillow left for two of us I’ve message the apartment on the telephone number which they’re message me the night before arrival and no response! after using this company for 5 year I won’t be booking their apartment never again don’t be fooled by the name of ROYAL as there is nothing royal about the apartment,it’s dingy, dirty and outdated

The location was good

The Wi Fi was working on and off. On the 3 rd day of my stay the TV stopped working. I sent the message to the receptionist. She didn’t respond it. I asked cleaning ladies to report the problem. But nobody came to fix the problem during my 3 last days in this property.
