Casa RITI Mesa del Mar

This is a large 3-bedroom apartment situated below the cliffs. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens (!), separate toilet, large terrace with a sea view (you can hear the waves battling with the shore all the time), and a TV in almost every room. Washing machine, heater, hair dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and many other appliances are available at disposal. Kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare your own meals. There is a very nice beach just few steps away with a perfect walking pathway for evening walks, a free (public) swimming pool with sea water and children playground across the parking lot. Parking is free and available all the time. A small market and a bar can be found in vicinity. Wi-fi was fast and worked perfectly. Host was super friendly and helped us a lot. He even provided towels for the beach, a box of fresh fruit and a canister of water as a welcome. Apartment was spotlessly clean at our arrival.

Since apartment is located below the cliff there was very little sun, shining on the part of a terrace only between 11.00-13.00 (as on February). It might not be such a problem during the summer, but we could have some more daylight and warmth in the apartment. Roof of the apartment is made of metal sheets, but cliffs are quite high - every larger rock (or a piece of decaying concrete) which would fall down would undoubtedly penetrate the roof. The location is remote, there are no bars, souvenir shops or anything similar, so you urgently need a car (actually this was an advantage for us because we like more listening to the waves than to loud music). There is almost no GSM signal. Despite all drawbacks I mentioned here I rated this place with 10 points.

Spacious, large balcony. 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms. Has everything you would need for a comfortable stay with a group of friends/family.

​We had an absolutely wonderful stay! While the building might look unassuming from the outside, the apartment itself is a true gem—better equipped than many full-sized houses. ​The attention to detail is incredible. We were greeted with a lovely welcome fruit basket, and we found everything we could possibly need: from a perfectly stocked kitchen and bathroom to provided beach towels, which was a very thoughtful touch. ​The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with arguably the most beautiful view on the entire island. On top of that, the host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. This place truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Großes günstiges Apartment in spektakulärer Lage.

Im Dezember etwas kühl und dunkel. Keine lokale Versorgungsmöglichkeit (eigenes Auto sehr empfohlen).

Inmejorable calidad precio. Mucho espacio, 3 dormitorios, 2 baños con ducha y un aseo, dos cocinas, una exterior con mesa comedor grande, otra interior que no llegamos usar porque aprovechamos la exterior. Tenía de todo lo necesario, y un enorme extra que ahorra mucho espacio en las maletas: se proporcionaron toallas de playa, además de las toallas de baño. Apartamento simplemente idóneo para un grupo grande (camas para hasta 6 personas y había sofá camas). Ubicación espectacular. Se llega con coche fácil, subir y bajar la cuesta con paciencia. Aparcamiento en esta época sin problema. Hay piscinas naturales justo enfrente (pillamos temporal y no pudimos bañarnos ahí por fuerte olaje), al otro lado 5 min caminando, una playa con paseo marítimo super agradable para pasear a cualquier hora del día. Vistas desde la terraza al mar. Fotos no mienten. Por la noche silencio para dormir (estábamos al lado del mar y el ruido de fuertes golpes del mar, el oleaje no se escuchaba nada). No puedo decir nada malo. Limpieza impecable. Anfitrión súper predispuesto, amable, atento. Sin duda para repetir y definitivamente para recomendar. Nuestra estancia fue magnífica. Gracias.

La amabilidad de Santiago ,el lugar un encanto las piscinas naturales a 5 minutos oh la playa a otros 5 minutos para volver

Pero no x el piso ,sino que las piscinas naturales estaban vacías todos los días

Una ubicación perfecta junto a las piscinas naturales y la playa.
