- Facilities: It's a comfortable apartment with all required facilities including a kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, TV with app connectivities etc. - Location: Quiet, away from hustle and bustle. Close to the highway - Spacious balcony with wonderful view of sea right in front - Caretaker of the property is helpful

We didn't face any issue, everything was functioning as expected. We had our own vehicle there, so won't be able to comment on how easy / difficult to commute otherwise.

Location is excellent, it is right across the beach. The view from the property is the beach and is picteresque. It is a kilometre away from Sasihitlu beach. The property is well-equipped and comfortable to stay. It is large enough for family of 5 (without including kids). Manager is very benevolent. The hospitality staff are very friendly and helpful. they cleaned the property well. We were able to use the washing machine and kitchen facilities and this helped as we had children with us. This is excellent choice for families.

Property is far away from the city, which forces us to hire a cab. Hence, considering all factors, the property is not value for money. It was raining all the time we were there, hence, we weren't able to enjoy the beach much. Food options at the property is minimal. The manager ensures food arrives from home-food/kitchen. The food is very economical and healthy. The closest restaurants are around 3 km away. There is a fish factory close by and there is a stink due to this in the vicinity. The beach nearby is rather dirty with plenty of bottles lying around. The owners of all property must ensure the beaches are cleaned. Kitchen is well-equipped, but many things are old and brittle.

Its a beachfront Villa, location is great, no crowd at all. Its a very peaceful place for weekends getaway.
