"Host's communication lacks kindness"

I made an error with my booking, which was entirely my mistake and it is of course the host's perogative to uphold their Ts&Cs. I can only comment on their communication, which was unnecessarily snarky and lacked empathy. Previous experience in the area has shown that there are other host's that are kinder and more considerate.
