Rotunda Highrise Luxury Studio Apt Bullring Birmingham City Centre Great Views

I arrived early and I wanted to leave my luggage only at the reception and receptionist said that I can not.,then I have to contact the manager who ask me to wait for 30 min ,then housekeeper came and she did not understand as I said that I am waiting for someone to deal with me.,then I have to call again and the manager come and we went upstairs to leave my luggage I was waiting for that 1 hour in total just to allow me to leave my luggage .The apartment was smelly and the corridor also with very old furniture ,untidy with bed on the floor in the corner and for that they asked me to pay 150 p in advance for possible damage.So I left and choose a different hotel for even less money and receptionist was kind and very helpful . For the money I paid 102 p for the Rotunda apartment I would not give even 1 p. Of course the money are not refundable but I stayed in the nice hotel on the high street in Birmingham. I choose the Rotunda initially on Booking.com as it is says 5 stars but I missed that they had only 158 reviewers.Such a bad experience with the Rotunda apartments.

Staff were incredibly helpful and supportive. Quickly responded.Property with a character and style,well looked after. I love the height and the view! Has everything I needed including microwave and a fridge. The location is perfect for my requirements.

I loved my stay! :D if I had to be very “Karen” picky…there’s one window that isn’t functional. Knife isn’t sharp if you need to cut something. No shampoo, body wash- just hand wash. Had to remove bin bag after your stay and dispose of it by yourself. Overall no big deal, honestly.
