Nothing to dislike

The property was clean and comfortable it had parking which was convenient

Everything was lovely

Proximity to city centre

On entering building the smell of cat urine and cannabis was overwhelming. Apartment was dirty. Purchased a bottle of bleach to clean kitchen and bathroom before use

Clean apartment in a safe and secure location. It has its own parking space and good facilities nearby. The owner responded back to any questions swiftly.

Owner was extremely helpful and communicative.

Misleading, advertised as 1.5 bathrooms but only one. Not good value for money at all

I received an email from booking.com to call the property owner and arrange keys then he refused it as he asked me for a list of documents. Dogy person.

During booking the place there was nothing mentioned about age ( 40+ people only) after booking called the owner to pick up keys and him personally refused to do that because his requirement list of documents were different than booking.com whom I booked it through. I had my family so he said No because most of us were below 40. Contact booking.com to book another property and the owner along with booking.com refused to refund me the money despite I didn't cancel the property and neither I made any mistake.

Easy to find. Very clean property in a quiet location with easy access to Birmingham.
