The property is so large, it felt like exercise to reach the main door from the bedroom. Host was very helpful and always available for queries. Great view from the living room.

WiFi wasn't working while I was there.

The appartment is very dirty. It was very difficult for us to stay there for three nights.

Apartment is very dirty, couches are very uncomfortable to sleep. Can't change the air conditioners settings. We couldn't find the apartment easily and the stuff didnt helped us at all in first day. Kitchen equipment was really dirty. Internet was very slow

1. The view. Since the window is big and when its open, directly to magnificent sea view. 2. The spacious space in the apartment 3. Fully functioning kitchen and washing machine 4. Free WIFI and SMART android TV with netflix and youtube option in the main living room, with extra TV on the other living room.

1. The small elevator (can only fit 2 big adult) 2. Only one bathroom despite such spacious apartment (although its big and a great bathtub/spa tub) 3. Small and dark stairs with foul smelling from the residents rubbish 4. The sofa bed all looks like its old and easily broken (from overused) 5. No balcony or area specifically for the washed clothes. 6. One of the room's air-condition are not functioning during my stay - should have had someone to fix it before accepting any guest(s). All in all, the price is considered slightly higher for the experience.

Just one bathroom for a big apartment, planned for 10+ people The staircase was always dark, dirty with lots of garbage on it because we used them going downstairs since only one small elevator was there.

The flat decor was beautiful. The sea view was absolutely gorgeous. The decor was lovely, and the apartment was spacious. WiFi worked perfectly, and they had netflix and youtube. I liked that they had some sofa beds as well, which could accommodate our large family and kids, but they need a thorough clean. The landlord understood why we were leaving and had promised he would sort out the flat and give us a refund, so I appreciate his honesty.

The building was scary and extremely dirty. The lift could only hold 2 people max and would get stuck on the bottom floor if someone hadn't closed the door, so you wouldn't be able to call it if you were on the tenth floor like us. I had to go down the stairs, and the smell was unbearable. It felt like a rat would come scurrying at any minute. The same lift is used to transport the large bin load of rubbish. There were many mosquitos in the flat which I ended up buying spray floor but on the night of arrival there were so many cochroaches. We couldn't stay. We got up and left. Other than this, we found used earbuds and a half drunken coffee cup as well as rubbish and dirt on the floor. It needs to be maintained and cleaned before guests arrive. Extremely disappointing we had to leave because of the unhygienic state it was in. I couldn't keep my kids and myself in such a situation even for one night. One of the acs blew out hot air, but compared the above that didn't even bother us as much. This flat needs to be taken off booking.com for now until it gets up to standards.
