Disgusting like a drug den

Well stocked with refreshments , toiletries, and kitchen & bathroom well cleaned.

Very dark and difficult to access through scaffolding at rear on a dark wet night. Needs a deep clean, mould on shower unit, bedroom carpet dirty & sofa stained.

There was a selection of biscuits and ceremony bars and tea and coffee making facilities, the property was very clean and much larger than I was expecting. Would definitely stay here again when in the area, The hist was very friendly and accommodating

It's on a busy road but this didn't matter as there was plenty of off street free parking outside

No as they have no manners staff are not professional

Staff not professional bathroom wasn't that clean plus we come late the night we checked in any other place after midnight they don't call that as a day we checked in about 145 am so we fought we had extra day but stuff did not know how to deal with that situation demanding late check out payment ridiculous amounts there's one hour and 50 minutes over the time of checkout so I give her £20 as any other place it's reasonable ten pound an hour we were asking about if we could move room from the front to the back as the road was a very busy road are one of our cars got damaged by The Dusty men as well apart from that the place was okay good location but staff need training more or they just need to change the attitude something wrong in that department

Easy, fast & clear communication for how to get in the property. Had everything I needed for a nights stay. The mattress was comfy and the bed was warm. The water got hot very quickly. Netflix and prime (no normal tv).

Overpowering smell of smoke that made everything I took with me smell. Overall was very dirty, doors & switches were grubby, kitchen table had small bits of black dirt on it. Hob had burnt on brown marks & the oven was full of burnt on food, wouldn’t have used it. Glasses were stuck to the shelf with black rings and mugs weren’t clean. Toaster was greasy. The shower was full of mould and had hairs so mustn’t have been cleaned. Opened juice left in the fridge. Didn’t want to sit on the stained couch. Road noise and thin walls were expected but the vertical blinds barely blocked the streetlights or headlights so didn’t get a good nights sleep. Paintwork & finishes were messy. Although it had everything I needed I didn’t want to use anything. I would have found somewhere else but was so tired by the time I got there.
