Location is good. Its clean as well

Checkout time is 9sm sharp. At 9.07 l was getting cslls non stop to leave the property . Host should move chrckout time to at least 10.am

Location, ease of collecting keys and access. Netflix available on TV.

Shower and bathroom could have been a little cleaner. No hot water from kitchen or bathroom tap. Shower was fine for hot water though.

The accommodation has everything you need for short or long stay ( Washing machine, cooker, kettle, microwave, oven, cutlery, fridge, radiators, etc, etc) Very complete and clean

The only cons, are the location, as the neighborhood is not very well maintained and also the traffic noise it could be a pain for some people.

It had all the facilities we needed

Some things didn't work, or needed updating. Sink plug stuck in. TV couldn't be tuned in, toilet flush needed holding down.

The location was perfect. It was easy to get to all my destinations.Closer to bus routes to the city centre. The host was lovely. I arrived late and couldn’t get the key box to open. When I called her she was so lovely and came to help me get the keys. The room was lovely and warm.The WiFi was amazing. She was so kind to leave some tea and coffee and biscuits. If I ever have to go back to Birmingham I will love to stay there again.

The property is by the roadside so it noisy but I expected that anyway. The bed was not comfortable and I struggled with it because I have a bad back.

This property is GREAT for the rate. It is extremely basic, be prepared. But with excellent amenities -- fridge, oven, microwave, etc. -- a nice hot shower, a sofa area too, and very centrally located. The host was super prompt to respond if I couldn't figure out something -- where to switch on the heat, find keys or open the door, etc. Normally I would give this a 9 -- but this host went above and beyond expectations to provide not frills as such but treats. They provided a tea/coffee caddy with snack biscuits laid out in individual packets. How kind is that?? You have NO idea how well that went down, after arriving cold and wet in -2 weather. Plus there are some other thoughtful things like shampoo things and a full hand soap in the (very clean) bathroom. I had a work event the next day and a laptop crisis meanwhile, and it really helped to work my way through that night with that tea caddy at my elbow. Thank you for your attention to guests.

Honestly, nothing within the property's control could be improved. For the price, it was fantastic.

The cupboard could of done with a clean out as glasses was stuck to the inside also heater does not work in the bedroom
