Gute Lage,nähe Altstadt

Das historische Gebäude liegt fußläufig zur Innenstadt in einer ruhigen Villengegend. Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, von denen eines ein Schlafzimmer mit großem Ehebett ist. Das andere Zimmer ist das Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Küchenzeile. Toll ist der große Erker, in dem der Esstisch steht. Man hat einen weiten Blick bis zur Alb. Die Wohnung hat den Charme einer komfortablen, gepflegten Altbauwohnung. Wir waren zu dritt und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Das Bad ist modern, kann aber nur vom Schlafzimmer betreten werden, d.h. Gäste, die auf dem Bettsofa im Wohnzimmer schlafen müssen durch das Schlafzimmer. Für Familien kein Problem.

The apartment was spacious with high ceilings and furniture that, unlike so many places, didn't feel at all cookie-cutter (especially the lovely bedroom suite). It definitely felt like a well-loved, lived-in space. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there was lots of info about the area. The availability of a parking spot (not guaranteed but we were lucky) was a big plus. When I inquired as to whether we could leave the car there for a couple of hours before check-in, the proprietor instead kindly arranged for us to be able to check in early!

It's a bit of a walk to a grocery store. The windows, being older, weren't as well insulated and the radiators also weren't super robust. For us, visiting in early spring, it wasn't an issue but might be in mid-winter.
