Very homely, got everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - excellent location and facilities, everything worked well and the unit was very spacious for two. The building is beautiful and historic but also has every modern convenience - an excellent match for our needs. Useful suggestions for local activities, grocery shopping etc. Thank you. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Good location, large room in an old house, no frills but well taken care of. Helpful and friendly proprietor, let me check in a could have hours early. Good WiFi.

My once and only complaint is the lack of adequate lighting in the room. With all the lights turn on you are still in semi-darkness. Can't imagine been there in the winter. There is a large light fixture over the bed, which turned out to be fake. There should be a way to bring more light into the room (#4).

Apartment so no disturbances

Bit away from the city, need either taxi or bus. Only one shop close by.

Charming older building. Wifi was problematic at first but landlady was very responsive and came up with a solution. If you're seniors like us, take the bike/pedestrian tunnel into the old town. So much easier than climbing the hills.

Everything was fine.

The room was big and comfortable, the location was excellent, in a quiet place in a walking distance from the center and from the station. The host was friendly and attentive, she kindly allowed me to stay a little longer after check-out time.

The fridge was too noisy and located close to the bed (within 3 meters) so that I had to turn it off during the night; this was not very practical. Perhaps, the owner can put fridges in the common place outside the room(s). During my stay, it was very hot and sleeping without air-conditioning was not easy

This very classy house is located just a few steps away from the historical city center. We absolutely enjoyed our nearly 2 weeks stay here. The apartment was super clean, and it also was great to be able to use the washer and dryer. Delicious breakfast we had in the cute cafe next door or we just walked a few minutes to the next baker and got fresh breadrolls and cooked at home. Our evening wine we enjoyed on the garden terrace of this impressive and beautiful house. Needless to say that the owner and her staff are a super nice, always smiling and super supportive team. Best stay ever in Tuebingen!

Everything was perfect !

Location was nice to walking downtown and enjoy the beautiful little town of Tubingen.

The flexibility of the owner of the house. The apartment was wonderful. Really large and comfortable. Coffee, tea etc. had all be left for us. Also a bottle of Sekt as a welcome gift was chilling in the fridge. So much thought had gone in to make our stay very pleasant.

Tip: if you are travelling by train to Tubingen, there is a number 6 bus (direction SAND) outside the station, which will drop you at Biesinger str. and then a 1 minute walk to the property. If you have a lot of luggage it's better than walking 1Km and cheaper than a taxi.
