It was clean and fresh and a good spacious appartment, quick clear response from manager

There is no parking, and ar the side of the road there are pay meters that didnt work so I got a parking fine! The carpers are a 5 minutes walk and not cheap, and there are lots of stairs to the apartment not good if have disabilities, also the bed wasn't as comfy as would have liked and the sofa was broken which was also a sofa bed so wasn't usable- although the manager did offer to repair it wasn't worth it as it was at the end of stay- only due to Xmas period but there was quick response from manager otherwise!

"An enjoyable couple of nights close to everything."

A well equipped flat, beautifully presented and close to the railway station, Bull Ring, theatres and restaurants.

It was quite stressful trying to contact the owner and only getting the key code a few hours before check in.

La ubicación era ideal, fácil de encontrar y llegar, a pesar de lo céntrico es una zona muy tranquila. Se encuentra a las espaldas de Chinatown, muy cerca de la estanción de trenes central y del centro comercial BullRing, fue lo que más me gustó del alojamiento. Es un poco pequeño y estrecho pero tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin que falte de nada. Creo que a calidad-precio no está mal.

Te avisan solo unos días antes de la reserva de que tienes que pagar una fianza de 150 libras en una página externa a booking para poder acceder al alojamiento, cosa que no me gustó que no se hiciera desde un principio. Solo hay un calentador en la habitación, si vas en invierno en el baño y cocina hace muchísimo frío. Noté un poco falta de limpieza sobretodo en baño y sábanas, creo que se podría mejorar un poco.
