Everything- it was poorly cleansed when we first entered and we found a solid burger bun in the oven, there was pubes in the bed, the cutlery and kitchen utensils were dirty, coffee stains over the bed side tables, ketchup under the microwave. And overall was a dirty place. Picture don’t look like the apartment. Told us we had to pay extra for clean towels ans sheets even though we payed for them.

Space

The location whilst not scenic was very convenient for transport links . I found the pre arrival check in requirements suspicious to the point I called booking.com I have never before had to provide photo ID and a photo of a credit card. It felt like a scam .

It was good value for money, close to the station and central. Staff were easy to contact and helpful

No wardrobe/not enough clothing hooks. The small heaters do not throw a lot of heat out, got cold at night.

Spac

just as described, clean, spacious and felt like home for the night. the photos i have listed down below are before we left the property, not as it was handed to us for the night.

the location made me feel a bit uneasy, but that’s birmingham for you. suppose you feel like that in any place your unfamiliar with.

Lo peor la cercanía a la carretera mucho ruido por la noche. Y no había ropa de cama extra por si nos daba frío por la noche.
